Danforth Energy Performance Contracting
Danforth often engages with clients by means of an Energy Performance Contract. Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) are an alternative financing mechanism designed to accelerate investment in cost-effective energy conservation measures in existing buildings. EPCs allow building owners to accomplish energy savings projects with little or no initial capital costs. An EPC is a partnership between a building owner and an Energy Service Company (ESCO). The ESCO conducts a comprehensive energy audit for the facility and identifies improvements to save energy. In consultation with the client, the ESCO designs and implements facilities improvements that meet the client’s needs, and arranges the necessary financing. The ESCO guarantees that the improvements will generate energy cost savings sufficient to pay for the project over the term of the contract. After the contract ends, all additional cost savings accrue to the agency.
Danforth is a full service Energy Service Company (ESCO) providing a range of services that include Facility Benchmarking, Feasibility Studies, Design-Build Projects and Energy Performance Contracts. Each client has unique needs when it comes to its energy infrastructure. Danforth refines our approach to address each client’s unique needs; unlike other ESCO’s we recognize we are not selling a particular product or service. Instead, we are providing a solution that helps our clients resolve their infrastructure challenges. Visit our Lighting Enhancement, Street Lighting Improvements, Building Controls Upgrades, Building Envelope Upgrades, and Mechanical Improvements pages to learn more about the specific solutions we can provide as part of an Energy Service Contract.[/vc_column_text][vc_progress_bar values=”%5B%7B%22label%22%3A%22Project%20Payment%22%2C%22value%22%3A%2250%22%2C%22color%22%3A%22sky%22%7D%2C%7B%22label%22%3A%22Reduced%20Energy%20Costs%22%2C%22value%22%3A%2280%22%2C%22color%22%3A%22bar_orange%22%7D%2C%7B%22label%22%3A%22Positive%20Cash%20Flow%22%2C%22value%22%3A%2235%22%2C%22color%22%3A%22bar_green%22%7D%5D” size=”lg” title=”Danforth’s Energy Performance Contracting Model”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_raw_html]JTNDaDQlM0VPJTIwVSUyMFIlMjZuYnNwJTNCJTI2bmJzcCUzQkElMjBGJTIwRiUyMEklMjBMJTIwSSUyMEElMjBUJTIwSSUyME8lMjBOJTIwUyUzQyUyRmg0JTNF[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_single_image image=”4374″ img_size=”75×75″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_single_image image=”4376″ img_size=”75×75″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_single_image image=”4384″ img_size=”75×75″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_single_image image=”4388″ img_size=”75×75″ add_caption=”yes” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][porto_block id=”CTA” name=”cta”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
